Class Policies

OUR AVAILABLE WELDING PROCESSES & MATERIALS INCLUDE:
GMAW (MIG) on Aluminum/Steel/BRZ  – Stainless Steel Available upon request.
GTAW (TIG) on Steel or Stainless steel – Aluminum available upon request.
SMAW (Stick) Welding classes are available upon request.

Class Policies (goes in training and about)
Students must have full PPE for class.
All classes are 4 hours long.
Any additional hours to any classes are $200 per student per hour.
(Maximum class times are 6 hours.)
Class size ranges from 1 – 4. (Special pricing for large groups and extended training)
Additional students are $200 per person for the initial 4 hour class.
(Maximum 2 additional students)
Additional Aluminum students are $250 per person
Any canceled classes will result in a $200 fee.

Equipment Rental for Classes
If using our equipment there is an additional fee for the welder selected and used for class. Consumables and material will be supplied for class at additional charge. Students must have full PPE for class.  Any canceled classes will result in  a $200 fee.

Equipment rental for class:
Day of the event   –
$150 for HTP     $250 for Pro Spot
5 Day rentals –    $500 for HTP     $700 for Pro Spot

Materials for Class: (class)
If using our equipment there is an additional fee for the welder selected and used for class. Consumables: wire/electrodes/tungsten and contact tips are included. Base Metal will be supplied for class at additional charge. If you are supplying material for class, you must include the make and model of welder we will be using for class, identify what metal type and thickness, and supply tungsten and electrode/wire if it is an alloy.

Welding Helmet
Welding Jacket / Sleeves / cape/ or full length gloves.
Gauntlet Welding Gloves (stick gloves recommended for AL)
Safety Glasses
Welder Cap / Bandana (highly recommended for AL)
